In the last 16 years a high school track coach, I have had to deal with
nursing people were injured, some due to direct trauma, some because of the
excessive use of. Nevertheless, they are still injured, to treat an important
part of our work, and the restoration of the student athletes. I believe my work
is another important component, is to ensure that these players have to take
appropriate measures, in order to help prevent injuries and improve performance,
through the comprehensive strength and conditioning program. As a coach,
students, parents and doctors contact, one day I can contact with many people. I
want to use this many contacts and communication of our professional knowledge,
improving performance strength and conditioning program and the importance of
injury prevention. These athletes are strong, fit, ready for the competition, to
make my job easier.
Most coaches are familiar with the basic power scheme,
some have gone a step further, do some research, what type of training for their
player is the best. In sports medicine and strength training field in the past
eighteen years, I've ever met, and tried every where method. Only in the past
five years, I have been involved in Russian Kettlebell training. In my opinion,
the Russian Kettlebell training provides an ideal type. Nearly all the sports
need the ability to be explosive, because as we know, most of the power is
transferred to the upper part of the body from the hips. A perfect example, this
will become a football player, his hip drive, to prevent or solve his opponent,
or baseball / softball players driving a ball again, from hip to the hands of
the transfer of power. The same thing will be involved in these ballistic sports
(football, hockey, lacrosse) any other movement. This is just the sort of
training effect of KB.
With the recent increase in female sports
popularization, such as WNBA, the women's World Cup football, there has been a
clear influx, female athletes. I noticed that, many high school athletes is
specialized in a sport, and play sport throughout the year. This, along with
homework and social leave little or no time to do other student athletes.
