This large and dedicated fan base has joined the maple leaf to win more and more pressure. The team is in a very long drought, when it comes to the Stanley cup champion. It looks as if it will be when the early nineteen ninties, maple leaf finally again. Mat Sundin join score king, Doug Gilmore, Dave Andreychuk and goalkeeper Felix Portefan stars to lead the team to close, but not all the way. In the early twenty-first Century, a few years ago the team also made several knockout operation, but is always short.
